i enjoyed having a well set out room. it included the option to heat something if i didn't want to head out to dinner. having a nespresso machine in the room was wonderful! the fifth floor with the coffee machine and drinks options was also a hit.

The room had lovely bath products and a nespresso machine, i appreciated this! the lounge on the 5th floor offered coffee and juice. This was a nice perk. a tube station was very close, and some tourist spots were within walking distance.
the bedroom was a little small for two people. i found the hard sofa uncomfortable. the bed itself was soft though.

The staff were consistently cute. Anastasia and Mohammed were attentive. They ensured my stay was comfortable. I also loved the lounge on the 5th floor. Coffee and tea were available all day. It was nice.
My check-in took nearly 40 minutes. I received NO apology at all. I found this very unsafe. I specifically requested a twin room and was initially given a double room.
